Fast Deliveries
DELIVERIES - We dispatch orders on weekdays only. Fedex have currently suspended next day UK services. Deliveries will sent on other fully tracked 48 hour services for the time being. Delivery charges are included in our prices for UK mainland Zone 1 destinations. Charges may be added for shipments to the Highlands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands. If you have any special requirements please contact us.
SHIPMENTS
Orders completed before 8am on Mondays and 9am Tuesday to Friday are generally dispatched the same day, weekends and holidays excepted. There is no weekend service for standard carrier deliveries. Packages leaving our stores on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays do not reach the carrier until the next working day. Saturday and urgent, timed, deliveries can usually be arranged at extra cost.
SECURE CHECKOUT
Our website uses secure technology. All payments are conducted off-site directly with our payment portal providers, Stripe or Paypal. We do not see, collect or store any payment card or bank details.
RETURNS
Returns can only be arranged without cost if goods are incorrectly supplied or damaged. In other cases, if notified within 14 days of delivery, goods may be returned for refund. Return carriage costs will be your responsibility. Goods cost will be refunded subject to receipt in an undamaged, saleable condition. In all cases please contact us first to make suitable arrangements.
